So Did Any of You Actually Go Out?

I'm wondering if there is any die hard shoppers out there? Those that brave the brick and mortar to find some good deals on Black Friday. I remember how busy the mall used to get during the holidays. Now I wonder how pathetic it is out there since half the stores are gone.

That's a shame. I haven't been driving for several years and either do my daughter or grandson who live here with me. If we can't get it delivered, we don't get it.

We were driving back from Oklahoma and did not shop. That is, we only stopped for extra kitty litter on our way home.

That is the only way I get anything - online, So far I have saved up $10 on my gift card fund in Amazon and will buy myself a present,

Same here. I buy myself special chocolates and that's it. We don't do Christmas around here. Haven't since the grandson grew up.

I didn't buy anything on Friday. I picked up a prescription for my son, and I went to the store next to the pharmacy to buy milk. Even if I was shopping for a gift or something special, I doubt I would go out on Black Friday to fight the crowds, etc. Nope.

I did not go out to shop on Black Friday. I did today order a few Christmas gifts for a family member on Amazon. I got a few Cyber Monday deals.

Pretty bought a new wand vacuum cleaner and I bought some sunflower seeds that are coming via UPS... Her vacuum came in the mail yesterday. My sunflower seeds haven't come yet.

@celticeagle I love sunflower seeds but never find them in Walmart anymore. I ordered these online and the came by FedEx this afternoon and then I discovered I'd purchased raw sunflower seeds instead of roasted. I looked online and found several good recipes for roasting them myself. 
I'll write a discussion when I try one of the recipes that sounds good.
