67 days until spring.
Cousin #2's cousin took an hour's ride out to the 3 houses that she is considering for rental. Two didn't pan out; but one did; and she's all excited and will contact the realtor today. BTW, her cousin lives in Ocala, FL.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Turkey and vegan cheese sandwich, veggie poppables, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, veggie poppables, yogurt
I had a lot of sandwiches left over; so I thought I'd better eat them.
What did you eat yesterday?

Chicken taco salad for lunch, grilled cheese for dinner. Fiber! Yogurt!! Apples!! Watermelon!! (Got that instead of the grapes.)

I made sausage patties yesterday morning and had one on a bun for breakfast. I cooked the steaks for lunch and was only able to eat half of one with steamed potatoes, bell peppers and onions. I wasn't hungry so didn't eat any supper last night.

Yesterday I over did it on cake. I also ate raspberries, crusty bread and cheese. And to my delight, I found Field Roast at the store. That's like a vegetarian meatloaf. Very easy to slice and herby. I find it about twice a year. Cousin could come live with you.

Just a little over 2 months till spring? Unfortunately winter JUST arrived here lol. Your PB and Js sound good. Yesterday I had a chicken sandwich and fries. Then spaghettios with meatballs for dinner
