I guess its safe to say that working from home has its benefits. My son wasn’t feeling well and I decided to not send him to school and just work from home so I could be home with him while he rest up. I had a relaxing Monday working from my couch with my furry lap dog beside me to keep me company and the day seemed to go by faster. It was nice to be able to catch up on emails and overdue contracts from the comfort of my home. I was able to get a lot done and surprise my twin daughters by picking them up afterschool. Overall it was a good Monday.

I do peiecework for a living and I found that I love it. I used to think working from home, my pention to put things off would slow me down, but I'm more productive. I am glad that you feel the same way and have that as an option.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX It's that way for a lot of people. I mean if you have to go into work, fine. But there's something about being in a space where you're comfortable and more in control of the distractions.

You could have titled this discussion with "Cuddling with my puppy today".
I hope your son is feeling much better today.

Lol right?! He made it hard to get off the couch, he would just wiggle his way closer and closer until he would end up on my lap

Hope you son is feeling better. It's nice that you were able to work from home and get a lot done even with your furry friend keeping your company. Cute picture.

Yeah he seemed better this morning, there's a stomach bug going around etc.

Dogs and cats are all good at that.
