Have you had your Weebatix today.

January 18, 2026 6:02pm CST
Have you had your Weebatix today? I have I wish I had not. Yet another great British foodstuff which has gone downhill faster than Franz Klammer. Yvonne asked me if I would like some Weebatix and I said yes please. I wish I had said no thank you. Weebatix isn't what it used to be. Have you had your Weebatix today? If not Weebatix , which break the fast cereal do you choose? Milk and sugar? The phot isn't mine, what I ate didn't look as good as this

I’ve never heard of this nor seen it in the States. What does it taste like?

It's called Weet-Bix here and you can also get Vita-Brits. This is what Weet-Bix looks like. I made a slice with some yesterday.

It doesn't look that appetising Judy. I am going to revert to rice Krispies. Or better still Porridge

I haven't had cereal in decades. If I did, it would be something without sugar like Cheerios.

Without sugar, that's what I should do, eat cereal without sugar. Bit I know I won't lol

@LindaOHio I don't blame you. Sometimes cereal already had enough sugar or sweeteners in it

I knew the chairman of weetabix. He watched cricket at Northants ccc. He sold his shares about ten years ago for 200 million. China influence the weakening of the product to save costs

@thedevilinme I was watching women's football and just before the end of the game the commentator of the match asked the pundit who his man of the match was. I laughed

I think that Asda really cheap brand are just as good as Weebatix at about 1/3 of the price. 200 million he got, bet he never eats Weebatix again

Weetabix is expensive, so I eat the cheaper brands. Nice with milk and a little bit sugar on or a cut up ripe banana. These days I normally eat porridge or overnight oats. Very healthy

Asda own cheap brand 1.20 for 24 and they taste ok but look a wee bit different. Porridge is where it's at. Just don't let it boil over in the microwave

Of I had had any decent bread in the house I would have done the same and had butter and cheese with it. Cereal is full of crap now. Not worth buying or eating

No Weebatix here but if I had to choose a fast cereal it would probably be Cinnamon Toast Crunch (not healthy and probably too sweet)

I must look that one up as it does sound a lot more interesting than my tasteless cardboard like weebatix.
