Not Happy Saying Things Come in Threes

I was about to say that either all bad things come in threes or all good things, but not right now.
I had my hair color repaired yesterday for free. Well, he better have!
Today I had fairy hair done for half my usual price.
Tomorrow I’m getting a free 1 1/2 hour hydrating facial because of a slight problem five days ago.
Of course, and what else is new, my son texted me this photo of what the snow plow did to our mailbox when he checked on our house today. (On his birthday, no less)
Hubs called public utilities to see if they are liable and would repair it. Will get back to us. Son uprighted the mailbox.
I definitely don’t need a downward trend of bad things coming in threes.

None of us need that. I hope they get it fixed, at their expense of course.

Our local government doesn’t plow neighborhoods so they don’t have to worry about that.
Glad you got the goodies!

@FourWalls Bummer! We got charged $186 for that last plow. Going to look for someone else when we get home. Ripoff!

That's what my mailbox looked like after the storm except mine was still mounted
they had to come and dig out the mailboxes so the mail truck could deliver our mail. Hope you get it replaced by your public utilities since they wrecked it.

@DianneN you would think one of your neighbors would have contacted you. Good thing your son went to check.

@Marilynda1225 Exactly! Can’t trust anyone except family and close friends.

It’s been knocked over many times through the years. Sometimes they fix it or not. The mailman knows we are in FL and most of our mail is forwarded. And not one of our neighbors who are “watching” our house has notified me. Thank goodness for our younger son.

@sallypup Good for her. Rosa Delauro, CT representative, colors her purple, blue, or whatever. Last saw her at a restaurant in CT, and was shocked to see it black. Then the following week, while watching the news, saw it was purple again.
I just do fairy hair. Love it!!!!

I do not blame you since you are going through a rough time with the winter storm.

Consider yourself fortunate to have not encountered an onslaught of winter such as this. The last winter we experienced made us decide to spend our winters in a warm place filled with sunshine. It was my first year being retired.
I don’t know what we’d do without our son.

When the plow blitzed our mailbox, the township said they weren't liable. Good luck.

Oh no no no! You don't need that in threes at all! Life can play tricks sometimes. One bad thing after another is not something we want at all.

Glad you got your hair fixed.
Here they will replace the mailbox but you might end up with one more beat up than the old one
