My latest jigsaw is finished

The photo shows the jigsaw I’ve just finished. I found it quite difficult with all the flowers in the cat and the symmetrical border didn’t help either. But I got there in the end. Now I need to look for another one. There are some in the clubhouse so I might bring one of them home to do.
In other news, Vince gets home from Thailand this afternoon so it will be good to have him home again. He spent the night in Kuala Lumpur and is now in the plane and heading for Perth.

I find jigsaws difficult, I lack patience.

I have all the patience in the world for them, though sometimes it can get a bit frustrating when you can’t find a piece you need.

That does look like a hard one. What do you do with them when you are finished? My daughter went through a time where she was putting them together, putting puzzle glue on the back and we had some on the wall until we did our Purge back in 2014.
Nice to hear that Vince will be home now.

I like doing animal puzzles. My sister had one of eight giraffes. She was complaining about the number of legs she had to deal with. lol

That’s beautiful.
I was thinking about Vince this morning and wondering when he was coming home. Some friends of mine have just booked a holiday in Thailand …..they have been before but this time they will be going with a 5 month old baby.

Vince was very impressed with how nice the people were. Maybe it was because he looks like an old man, which he is of course, but everyone was very courteous and helpful.

The Jigsaw looks beautiful once completed. It definitely would have been a challenge, especially with the detailed flowers in the jigsaw. I do agree that symmetrical borders would be tricky and equally deceptive. So definitely finishing this is a big achievement. I am sure you would have been proud to finally put the last piece in place. Good neds that Vince is heading home. It will be great for both of you at home. Definitely , now you can search for next big puzzle adventure. Hopefully next one is bit more kinder and more interesting to do!
