**29** days until spring. Amazingly we still have some s**w on the ground in spite of the warmish temperatures.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Roast beef sandwich, potato salad, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie, low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, tortilla chips, black cherries
What did you eat yesterday?

I'm not feeling very well this morning.
I ate the last of the lasagna for breakfast yesterday, had red grapes and a chicken sandwich for lunch and didn't eat supper last night.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. What causes all these bad days?

@LindaOHio Thanks. That's just one of the symptoms of Graves' Disease.

Ohhhh, that sounds so good. I really wish I enjoyed cooking more and made "real food" more often.

I recently acquired an electric kettle so I could make myself tea or hot chocolate when I get up and go into my studio in the morning, and I've started expanding the menu to food I can make with hot water. So I've been enjoying oatmeal for breakfast, and yesterday, I had a cup of ramen!

@LindaOHio when I make ramen on the stove, I usually add some chicken and veggies to pump it up, but there's no room in the instant cup for that. It was easy to make, though!

I love ramen noodles. I like to add them to canned soup (I take the seasoning packet out).

I had a chicken club sandwich as Chick FIL A yesterday. I was hungry, and it was worth the calories. A prepared salad for supper.

We had soup and sandwiches yesterday. Very tasty. Turkey sands and chicken soup. Poultry, poultry and more poultry.

We've had quite a bit of melting so there's big patches of green grass showing. Unfortunately we still have big mounds of that white stuff along the road where the plow pushed it all to the side.
Today is cloudy and dismal but at least we're going above freezing.
Your roast beef sandwich and potato salad sounds so good. I haven't had a roast beef sandwich in ages.
Last night we had my favorite dinner. Eggplant (breaded and air fried) with spaghetti.

That's good Spring is only that far away...remember when it was over 100? What is sad is the time will be springing forward soon...which means it will be dark when I take my son to school again. Will be glad it will be light out later, but will hate the dark at 7:30 again. BOO!
