Yesterday, my husband came home with this bouquet of flowers for me. I felt so happy and thanked him. It turned out that the supermarket was celebrating one of their anniversaries and gave them away for free. And I thought hubs bought them especially for me due to his undying love

I can beat that - my partner once brought me a bunch of roses someone had tossed on the roadside. Presumably some unimpressed target of unrequited love threw them away. He knew I wouldn't want them to go to waste
