Do you think Nancy Guthrie will ever be found at all?

Most of you may have heard of this 84 year old woman. Mother of Savannah Guthrie, who is a well-known television newscaster, as well as co-host of the Today's Show, and has held this position for years. Nancy was last seen on Jan. 31, 2026, when she was dropped off by family members. This took place at her home near Tucson, AZ. The search has been endless, the reports are daily it seems, but with little or no progress, and no more contact with the person(s) who supposedly were holding her and wanted ransom money. The family members have been officially cleared of any wrongdoing. No one has any idea where this woman can be.
There have been many guesses, speculations, wild conspiracy theories, and such in what may or may not have happened, or where this woman could be. As she had a pacemaker, and they received word that it had been disconnected, along with the poor lady rather dependent on medications, it's extremely doubtful that she is alive anymore, it is now 3 and 1/2 weeks since her disappearance.
It would be nice if she, or her remains, were found, so at least the family could have some closure. I cannot even imagine how I would feel if this were someone in my family that was missing!
I am honestly wondering if she will ever be found at all after such a long time.
What do you think?

It seems that they have possibly exhausted all the possibilities, but I suppose stranger things have happened. I do tend to think if she is found, it will be by someone hiking or something like that, and more than likely not for some time.

I think it is unlikely her remains will ever be found unless they find the perperatrators and they can lead police to them. She is probably buried in the desert somewhere..or worse, burned to a crisp.

No family would ever want their loved one to have an ending like this, ever.

Sadly it is looking unlikely. I pray they can find out what happened . The not knowing would be so hard.

It’s been a month today. The family has to try to pick up the pieces and move on, which will be very hard.

I think it would be some type of miracle if she was still alive, too.

I think that after about 72 hours the probability of her being found alive goes down considerably. I wonder what in the world happened.

We may never find out. If they don't find her or her remains, no one may ever find out. I think that part would be so hard, the not knowing.

I’ve not heard an update on this for days, as the Trump Iran war has taken over all our news here. Is she still missing? Kidnapping an old woman is such a callous thing to do, in fact kidnapping anyone is. These people are the scum of the earth. I hope she is found safe and well, and her captors are caught and brought to justice.

Yes, she is still missing. Saturday February 28th marked 4 weeks since she disappeared. I hope what you hope, and that they catch who did it and they are prosecuted. It's all so sad.

I compared this lady to my mom at 80, and I know my mom would not survive such a thing so this Nancy also has a pacemaker. I think she is long gone or in such shape that she will not survive. Today I read another witness story that said they saw a woman screaming out the window of a car and that says a lot.

Some 80 year old seniors are still sturdy and fairly healthy and some are frail. She had health problems and I read that she was dependent on medications, I doubt she is alive.

It certainly is a mystery and although I'm not one inclined to believing in conspiracy theories I'm almost starting to think along that line. It just seems so weird that there is no progress made. I seriously doubt she's alive and wonder if she'll ever be found or if we'll ever know what happened. The whole thing is so strange

I know what you mean...I am no conspiracy theorist, either. I have heard one about this incident, that honestly sounds feasible when I think it over...but I am not repeating it, it's a theory, not a truth.
