Lines that jump off the page at you

Do you sometimes come across a line in a song or book that really strikes a chord? That happened to me today. There is a line in Charlie Mackery’s children’s book ‘The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse’ which says ‘Sometimes just getting up and carrying on is brave and magnificent’.
This resonated with me and I couldn’t help thinking how it applies to some of our members and the challenges they face: those with challenging health issues of their own or of family members. I’m sure you know some who sometimes struggle. They must get so tired and dispirited on occasion but they just get up and carry on. My hat goes off to them.
By the way, it’s a great book to read whether you’re an adult or child. The main message is to be kind: both to yourself and to others.
Do you have lines or passages that 'speak' to you?
The photo is mine.

Did you take the photo? It's lovely.
I do wonder how some people manage to get up and carry on at times. That's a heartfelt message

Yes, they resound with my heart. I can't think of any right now, though. MyLotters seem to have a lot of hardships.
