2/25/26 - Meals

Not having cousin around must be lonesome for you. I ordered in the too tasty Pacific vegie pizza from Dominos last night. We had a friend visiting. She stayed till pretty late in the afternoon so I didn't get going on making mni pot pies. I will do that later today.

She is going right across the country, isn't she? From north to south of course. It looks a very long way.

Sister and I and the kids had dinner at a seafood restaurant. I had baked scallops and grilled fish and sour fish soup. They were all delicious. I think I ate a to again last night. But that was ok because after dinner, we went to the mall, did a little walk and a little shopping.

Hope she has a safe trip

I had crispy fries and a smoked sausage.

I’m glad cousin #2 is going to keep up up to date on her progress. Yesterday, I had Asiago cheese, chicken and bean soup, and Oikos protein yogurt.

I hope she enjoys Florida. It's a big change. When my in laws moved there permanently My father in law liked it a lot, my mother in law not so much. I think she was lonely for family, and not crazy about the humidity.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday and fixed a Mega Meal (chicken and sausage cooked together with potatoes and cheddar cheese sauce) for lunch yesterday. I wasn't feeling well last night so didn't eat anything for supper. Pretty was griping at me because I was cleaning house this afternoon. The construction guys called and said they were coming over to replace the two storm windows that weren't right after they installed them last summer. I didn't want them walking into a messy house so started cleaning this morning. When Pretty woke up at 2 pm, I was in the bathroom throwing up... I asked her to look around the house and see what still needed to be done but she started griping at me.

Spring is still cold in CT in March, but it’s still heartwarming to know that winter is officially over. You must really miss your cousin after seeing her so often. I made homemade popcorn, and had a Chinese chicken, veggie, and rice meal for dinner.

I know you will miss your cousin……I hope the new lady is nice and that you do indeed make a friend. Chicken stew sounds lovely.

Well I am sorry to hear that...I wish I knew what to say

I know you will miss cousin #2. Hopefully, you can at least share a phone call often, or text. Keeping in touch will help a bit. I wish you could move to Florida as well since you hate cold weather!

Wednesday I had a cheeseburger (no bun) and 1/2 fish sandwich (with bun) that didn't agree with me as I am apparently allergic to all fish
