I'm feeling so much better

Last week I was in really rough shape. Honestly I was in rough shape for months--barely able to eat, balance completely gone, blood in the toilet (sorry TMI), vomiting, etc. After the endoscopy the GI doctor prescribed 3 different medications to deal with the ulcers, acid reflux, hypertension, etc. My regular NP prescribed Cymbalta to help with the balance. Wow. I am feeling so much better. No more puking or bathroom issues. My appetite is back. Best of all my balance is much improved. I can walk down a hallway without having to hold onto the wall. I can go down stairs without worrying about falling. My hips and butt are still tight so I am going to work on stretching. I feel more normal than I have in years. It is wonderful.

I am so glad you finally got some help in addressing these medical problems. You deserve to have the best life possible, and I am overjoyed that you are on your way to that. You just keep making your health a priority, okay?

Oh I am so relieved your treatments are helping. I make Bob use his cane, and he still holds to walls and furniture. I feel like when you have not had an appetite for a while it is hard to manage to eat enough to keep up your strength. I do not know how you kept on teaching.
