1 day until spring. We still have s**w on the ground. Sorry I was gone yesterday. I was really tired and a bit down. I hope all of you had a good day. 3/17/26 Breakfast - Low salt nuts Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Corned beef sandwich, roasted potatoes, cabbage and carrots Dessert/Snack - Cake, jelly beans Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie stix, cherries 3/18/26 Breakfast - None Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Lemon chicken, rice, carrots, mixed veggies, applesauce Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie, low salt nuts Dinner - Prosciutto sandwich, veggie stix, cherries What did you eat yesterday? We all take a day to ourselves now and then. I hope you were able to get some actual sleep. It’s supposed to be quite a bit warmer soon and your snow will be gone. We have a few humps and bumps of it but they surely won’t last long. I wasn’t very hungry yesterday. I know I had a chicken thigh, and lettuce and tomato salad. I think I ate toast for breakfast.

I’m so sorry you were feeling down. Your absence was noticeable, and we missed you. PM me any time if you need to talk. I know you’ve always been supportive of me. Yesterday, I had a bite of an Apple fritter, a sausage and egg breakfast burrito, a piece of fish with rice, a catfish slider, and a pear.

I'm sorry that you had a bad day. We all need to take a little time for ourselves now and again. I had fresh fruit for lunch and a bit of yogurt and for supper we had wraps and cold cuts and a handful of potato chips each. It was a nice change.

Hope you’re feeling better today. The usual on Tuesday, chicken taco salad for lunch yesterday. Grilled cheese Tuesday, tomato veggie soup for dinner yesterday. Watermelon yesterday!!! Pears on Tuesday!! Applesauce both days (heavily laden with cinnamon)!!

I'm glad you're feeling better today. I ate a chicken and biscuit for breakfast yesterday, a plum, an apple and a chimichanga for lunch and Pretty made chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes for supper.
