Sorry I was gone yesterday. I was really tired and a bit down. I hope all of you had a good day.

Breakfast - Low salt nuts
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Corned beef sandwich, roasted potatoes, cabbage and carrots
Dessert/Snack - Cake, jelly beans
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie stix, cherries

Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Lemon chicken, rice, carrots, mixed veggies, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie, low salt nuts
Dinner - Prosciutto sandwich, veggie stix, cherries

We all take a day to ourselves now and then. I hope you were able to get some actual sleep. It’s supposed to be quite a bit warmer soon and your snow will be gone. We have a few humps and bumps of it but they surely won’t last long.
I wasn’t very hungry yesterday. I know I had a chicken thigh, and lettuce and tomato salad. I think I ate toast for breakfast.

Yesterday, I had a bite of an Apple fritter, a sausage and egg breakfast burrito, a piece of fish with rice, a catfish slider, and a pear.

The usual on Tuesday, chicken taco salad for lunch yesterday.
Grilled cheese Tuesday, tomato veggie soup for dinner yesterday.
Watermelon yesterday!!! Pears on Tuesday!! Applesauce both days (heavily laden with cinnamon)!!
