I got rum baba for pudding …

I tried to get these for pudding for Mothers Day, but typically the shop had sold out. Yesturday I was out and although I wasn’t looking for them, suddenly they caught my eye ….yay ….back in stock. I knew I had to get a pack. There is two in a pack so perfect for us for after our tea tonight. I didn’t tell Mom I had got them so it was a lovely surprise when I got them out of the bag today. I know we shall enjoy them. What pudding do you look forward to ?

Rum Babà is delicious, not very easy to make at home. I usually buy at a pastry shop.
