3/30/26 - Meals

J sounds like she is going to be good value. I hope so.

77 today, 75 tomorrow. I wish the weather was cooler. I am not ready for this weather.

We're supposed to be getting high winds today and tomorrow (25 mph) and then rain and storms the rest of the week. We'll also drop in temp about 30 degrees but upper 50s is fine with me. I went to the older neighbor and paid him for mowing the yard and gave him extra for the next two times he mows. (I had to argue with him about a raise since gas prices are going up here. He kept saying he didn't ask for more money and I kept telling him he was getting more money anyway. I wrote the check for $90 instead of $75. He finally accepted it. ) I called and made the appointments for doctor exams for both of us in a couple of weeks. Nothing going on, it's just that time of year. I ate leftover spaghetti and made more garlic toast to go with it.

Yes. It's the last day of March. It felt like a long month. Your food sounds good. I had tuna casserole with eggplant, onions, tomato and cheese. It was really good.

March flew by....that's for sure. Will be nice when the weather is nice for a couple months...if that happens. Our weather is all over the place, one day in the 40s even I think...gross.

The end of March -- finally! But April showers have started a day early here. I was hoping to go to the Centre today but can't use my walker and hold an umbrella at the same time.

It is going to be almost hot this week. It will be cool in PA though..as could be expected.

The UK has had a pretty miserable month, weather wise (and Trump wise), so I hope April is better. I’m going out for lunch with some friends, so I’ll probably overindulge and regret it later. Pleasure followed by pain. That’s sums my life up.

It sounds like J is really efficient. Where has she been all of this time, I'm sure that you're asking yourself that question. Yesterday I had a toasted bagel for lunch and shrimp and tater tots for supper.

I am glad that J stayed enough time to finish what cousin #3 didn't get done. Windy again here but sunny and warm.

We have a few days that should be around 80. Very nice this week

@LindaOhio I’m about to make a lentil lasagna. Last night I just bought a chicken broccoli bake because I have a miserable cold and couldn’t face the kitchen - it had no taste. Might as well have eaten cardboard.

I ate Siomai, Pancit (Filipino fried noodles) and cheese cake. I was in a birthday party yesterday.
