Walking the dog / myLot

When we left the movies on Tuesday, most of those there picked up their mail from the mail room. We all had a small flyer advertising a dog-walker service by a young girl. (I wrote ‘girl’ but why would I assume it’s a girl, rather than a boy? Or maybe it’s a ‘them’ -must be politically correct!) She/he/they were happy to walk small to medium size friendly dogs for 15/30/45 minutes. The times offered pointed to her/him/they being school-age. There are a lot here with dogs and so far most are managing to walk their own but I thought this was a very innovative idea. I hope she/he/they gets some business from the residents. It sounds like an enterprising young person is looking to earn extra money after school and on weekends.

Or a parent who has to collect their child(ren) after school is out for the day.

I thought about hiring her to take Vince for some walks. He's supposed to do more walking than he does.

Ha, there is a comedy show here I watch that a couple pays the dog walker to walk their father and father in law along with the dogs..It's kind of amusing.

That's a really good idea and even the prices seem fair. Hope it turns out to be profitable for the walker as well as convenient for the owner.

There were "dogs sitters" in Switzerland and I could see them walking up to 6 dogs together, I thought it was too many and the person walking them could not control them if they would have tried to catch a squirrel or a cat.

Dog walking can be a serious business. I have hired a person to walk our monsters twice a week. Rufus is a small medium but the walker must be alert just in case there are cats or small dogs near by. Moxe is a big medium and ready to have some fun.

she/him/them put a lot of effort on this flyer and i like that. i joined one app for dog-walker service before but noone reached out to me so, i hope this person would get more lucky
