Good morning Mylotters, TGIF, Just curious to see what you guys prefer for caffeine intake. I'm personally a everyday coffee drinker but as of lately my preferences have been green tea sweetened with honey. I still enjoy them both, my morning routine consist of coffee by 7 am and then around 9am il make green tea and around noon green tea again. What do you guys prefer and why?

I don't like coffee so I drank tea for years until the doctors told me to cut back on sugar. I tried honey in tea and don't like that taste, either. *shrug* I quit drinking tea, too. Good morning. I'm just awake and need to take my morning meds and fix something for breakfast. I hope you have a good day at work.

I drink both, but not every day. With coffee, I can go a whole week without it, but usually I have it about two or three times a week. Green tea is even less frequent, maybe once or twice a month. That’s just how I am. I mostly stick to water. Every morning, I start with warm water, sometimes with lemon and honey. Even for breakfast, it’s often just water, though occasionally I’ll have a hot chocolate or fresh juice. But most of the time, it’s really just water.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX It is! It's soothing and it helps me feel good starting the day well hydrated.

I can't start my day without coffee. I need those magic beans to get my brain working. If i have tea it's usually in the afternoon

We mostly only drink instant coffee. We probably drink too much but it's not nearly as strong as what you buy in cafes, etc.
