Cousin #2 is so excited. She has seen wild pigs, hummingbirds, a hawk, a turkey, a rabbit, a turtle and a deer in her yard since she moved there. She saw a kite (bird) fly overhead.
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Vegetable lasagna, carrots, peas, apple oatmeal bar, banana
Dessert/Snack - Brownie, nuts
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, veggie stix, yogurt

She seems so pleased with her new location, I'm glad that she is so happy.
Yesterday...........I worked in the office, but a few of us finished early. Myself and a friend finished at noon, and I suggested that while we were there we should go out for lunch across the street. They have a good sit down restaurant across the street that caters to those working downtown and have great and quick service. We settled on that. I intended to buy, but she beat me to it. I had a salad, fries and a half a toast clubhouse sandwich-it was on the lunch special menu, but was still so big I could only finish the half sandwich and not the sides.
Ron and I picked up a pizza from our favorite place, on our way home from our son's place.

It is exciting to see wildlife. I love veggie lasagna. Yesterday I had chicken stir fry. I don't know why I don't make it more often. I always enjoy it when I do.

Yesterday I had the rib appetizer (no sauce) at Texas Roadhouse.
