It's in the 70s at 5 am; and there is a high wind warning out. It will be in the 70sF for the next few days; and then on Sunday it will drop to 49F. That's OK. Spring is here.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meatless burger, broccoli, tater tots. The meatless burgers are meh. I'll stick with the meatless chicken patties.
Dessert/Snack - Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, potato poppables, yogurt
What did you eat yesterday?

What part of Florida are you in? Cousin #2 is in Homosassa. I'm not familiar with Defuniak Springs.

@LindaOHio No one is unless you live in north Florida. I’m an hour from Destin. Or an hour from Dothan Alabama. Do either of those towns ring any bells

@LindaOHio - I like Indian curry, not so much Chinese curry and Thai curry is too spicy.

I tried curry once and didn't care for the spices. I"m sure yours is better.

I had a meatless burger once. It wasn't bad. I prefer the real thing.
Yesterday was my Easter dinner - Roast leg of lamb, au gratin cheesy potatoes with sour cream, cheesy broccoli and for dessert strawberry shortcake with angelfood cake and whipped cream.

@LindaOHio Today I see wasps flying outside by my kitchen window.
I hope they don’t end up inside.

Spring has sprung here too. Looks like a warm and sunny week ahead.
I love burgers but have never tried those meatless ones (or the chicken)

@LindaOHio I serve meatless meatballs and hamburgers as well as regular ones when I have bbqs or dinner for company. They love the meatless ones.

Yesterday for Breakfast I had a probiotic drink, and a donut for breakfast, not much time on a Church morning
Lunch half, a baked potato with the toppings, steamed broccoli and Ambrosia salad and a treat that one of the Church ladies made!
Dinner Spaghetti, Green Salad and Garlic bread, which we enjoyed with Margie!

The usual for lunch. For dinner, I had veggie soup, cheese sandwiches, yogurt, and applesauce. And a fiber bar!

Yesterday I had a French toast banana peanut butter roll up.
It was delicious, a nice change, but so filling.
We only eat 2 meals on Sundays, so finding something to keep with me until supper is the trick, and I had just 1 banana that had to be eaten up.
We had steak, mushrooms, glazed carrots and baked potatoes for supper.
Not alot of choices of beef cuts left, I am waiting to get the call from the butcher that our hind quarter is ready for pick up, but even then, we will eat up the last of the current quarter before getting into the new one.

I really like homemade bean burgers. So easy to mix up and they are delicious. Of course, the real thing made with good quality meat is delicious if cooked properly, but considering the prices of ground beef are climbing daily, I think more and more people are searching for alternatives.
