I was too tired again yesterday. I will be making an appointment with a Sleep Medicine doctor next week now that the referral has been given. My nephrologist appointment went OK except he wants me to get another renal ultrasound and more lab work. I'm going to be very busy over the next 3 weeks. State Farm has decided that if I don't get overhanging branches and dead trees off my lot, they are going to drop me. I've been with them for 50 years. That means more $$$. I have accepted one of the proposals from the paint company. They will be doing the job during the drier weather of June or July. April 16 Breakfast - Granola bar Lunch - Meals on Wheels - BBQ Chicken breast, green beans, mac & cheese, red cabbage, corn muffin, peaches (YUM) Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, sweet potato chips, blueberries April 17 Breakfast - Granola bar Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Turkey sandwich, coleslaw, apple juice, fruit cocktail Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, potato poppables, yogurt What did you eat yesterday? I hope that this sleeplessness passes, it has been difficult for you these past few weeks. Yesterday we just had take out burgers for supper-nothing at all exciting, but we were short for time, so it was necessary.

@LindaOHio I knew that, but it seems like you are tuckered out so much more these past months. I do not sleep well either.

@Juliaacv I'm sorry you don't sleep well. There are a lot of health issues that come up with a lack of sleep.

Well, good luck with the sleep study. My doctor asked if I wanted to take one, but I sleep well for the most part. I had a veggie burger last night, and potato wedges cooked in the air fryer. It was quite good.

Thanks. I hope I don't have to go into the hospital and take an actual sleep study.

I am sorry you need more renal ultrasound done, at least that is not painful.

Im glad that you'll be able to make an appointment now that you got the referral for the sleep doctor. Hope they'll be able to help with your sleep issues. Also hope that your ultrasound and bloodwork come back okay. Those insurance companies really do use any excuse to drop you but I guess you'll need to get rid of the trees, branches etc. It would be horrible if your house got damaged during a storm. Glad you decided on a company to do the painting. Last night we had chicken strips with salad.

How did State Farm find out you had overhanging branches? I've never known them to do routine inspections.

Maybe you can find someone to do some trimming for you. I hope your testing helps all the way around.

State Farm needs a good kick in the pants. Fifty years, and that’s how they treat you… Yesterday, I had a huge baked potato with pulled pork, green onions, cheese, and BBQ sauce, plus a pineapple yogurt, a piece of sausage, and an English muffin.

I hope the tests come back good. Is there anyone who can do the yard work you need to have done besides professionals? They charge so much.

Wow, we need to get you with Amber, who's sleeping too much. I had a chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato for lunch, salad and cheese sandwiches and yogurt and grapes and applesauce for dinner.

Good luck with the doctors. I have a checkup coming up soon-ish. I just don't remember which doctor. I know one appointment is for testing blood and urine but they'll send me a text message the day before the appointments to remind me where I'm going and what time to be there. *shrug* I ate a chicken sandwich with mayo, on potato bread for breakfast yesterday, ate some leftover spaghetti with meat sauce for lunch and had a chicken and biscuit sandwich for supper along with steamed broccoli.

That's good you'll make an appointment soon. Sorry about the other one needing more stuff done. That stinks about state farm... sounds frustrating
