Relaxing on my Balcony

Hello everyone! It’s a beautiful and sunny day today with 17 C temperature. I am on my balcony relaxing, enjoying sunbathing. I hope the weather will always be pleasant.
I baked a moist chocolate cake the night before last for my sons‘ birthday yesterday. He didn’t like to celebrate it. He just went shopping in the outlet store in the Netherlands. He came to us after that with his girlfriend and then we ate his cake. It was already 6 pm and so the cake was our dinner.
1 slice of that cake made me full already. I gave them the rest of the cake but they left 2 slices for me and my hubby. We have just eaten them with lemon and ginger tea. It seems we will just have light meal this evening.
Do you know that it is a National Tea Day in England?
Do you prefer tea or coffee with your cake?

Relaxing on your balcony sounds great.
Happy Birthday to your son. I'm sure he appreciated the cake you made for him. It certainly sounds descendent and delicious.
I would enjoy coffee with my cake.

It's' green tea for me but I'm very particular with the brand. It has to be TWG, the silver moon variety.
