I suppose most of you do, or you wouldn't have purchased it. I wasn't sure about it when I first bought it, but I really like this car. It suits me. It is a Mercury Sable which they no longer Make, but it is a good durable car. I was just looking at other of them for sale in the area, when I get ready to buy again, maybe in a year or year and a half I think I will try to get a newer version of this car. I know I like the car and there won't be a learning curve. The only feature, I feel is missing is a sun roof/ moon roof. I miss that about my old car. I also like the Toyota Solara, but Toyota's are usually priced higher. Oh just looked, some models do have a sunroof..yay..that is what I will look for.

I really like mine. It’s a Honda CRV, and it’s always been great for my back because I don’t have to bend down to get in it. My legs are too long to get in a car too low to the ground.

I am so used to my weary and small Toyota. Right now I doubt I will get another car before I am done driving. This little two door mutt has carried me into Canada many times and across my state too many times. I can't imagine anything else at this point.

Well, if your miles are fairly low, you can probably make it last nearly forever. All of my Toyota;s easily got over 200k.

@sallypup You should keep track so you know when to get your oil changed, tires rotated etc.

@snowy22315 I should check the mileage. I am guessing somewhere in the 175.000 range but I may be wrong.

I just ought a hybrid CR-V to replace another CR-V. I love Honda vehicles. This one drives like a dream, and who can argue with 42 MPG? (Oh, my niece has my old CR-V, so I have visitation rights to the old car! )

I could go for a little 42 MPG action! Couldn't we all, about now?

@snowy22315 — and I got a GREAT deal on the car, too. I bought it in January, and now I look like a stinking genius.

Thanks, not planning on looking for awhile though.. Buying and selling cars is kind of a pain in the butt.

If I remember correctly the Sable was a really nice car. Haven't seen one in many years but I can see where you would miss a sunroof. We have a Kia Soul and I love it. It's easier for me to get in and out of compared to my Ford Escape which I loved. I still miss my Escape but....

Sis and Bro in law used to have an Escape. I am not sure what they have now. I saw their vehicle, and rode in it and I am sure they have said, but I don't remember.

@snowy22315 the Escape was my absolute favorite car. I used to work for a Ford dealership so I got a discount and I traded it in every 3 years for a new one.

I really like my car, yes. I had Jeeps for years and drove my last one for a very long time. However, they quit making that model...I was told parts wouldn't be hard to fine afterwards but that was not the case. I don't know if I would buy a car that isn't being manufactured anymore, just for that reason, but I understand why you would want another one since you like this one. I drive a Hyundai Tucson. I love how good it is on gas compared to that Jeep!

Good gas mileage can go a long way. That is one thing this car is not good on gas which makes me sad.

@snowy22315 And it looks like that will be really important in the future, to have a car that's good on gas. I am personally hoping that my current vehicle lasts for a very long time!

I like our car, I sought it out and researched it for a few years before buying it. We have a VW Tiguan. It is all dressed up, heated mirrors that fold in, heated leather seats, steering wheel, moon roof, you get the idea. It is great on gas, and very roomy in the backseat. Here I would never be able to consider a Toyota of any kind because they are on the 'list' of hardest to insure as they are among the brands most likely to be stolen.

I like a lot our small Citroen C3, as we only use the car for short distance rides, it's just perfect and also comfortable.

There was a big learning curve on this car, because it was quite a bit different than the last one. but I am used to it now, and like it. Pretty spacious too.

We like our Mazda just fine, for someone else. It has a lot of plusses but it is too low and too cramped for us. Not sure when we will afford something else, though. I like my Chevy Venture Van but it needs the windshield replaced and the a/c charged and a few other things. It is a good size for us, though.
