I did get a prescription for another eyedrop Monday. I still use Restasis as soon as I wake up and before I go to sleep but also have one (Blink) that helps keep my eyes hydrated all day. So far, it is helping.

Thank you! I was prescribed some new eye drops that do seem to be helping. The doctor also called the neurologist who is supposed to call us back and set up an appointment before September. We shall see what happens.

Thank you. The doctor gave me a new prescription that does seem to be helping and called the neurologist who is supposed to be setting up an appointment before September.

I have hyperthyroidism that wasn't under control for 15 or so years so it caused eye problems, including dry eyes. (Also called Graves' Disease.) It's an autoimmune disease that causes the body to attack healthy fat and tissue behind the eyes. This can cause swelling and pain around the eyes. The doctor gave me new eyedrops that soothe my eyes but doesn't do anything for the swelling. The doctor also called the neurologist and asked for an earlier appointment. Hopefully, we'll hear back from the neurologist soon.

Yes, I've enabled the blue light blocker on my laptop. It does help, thank you. myLot screen looks orange-ish but if I'm here too long, it still hurts my eyes. I use the black screen on my phone with tan text. That helps the most.

Thank you. I just posted a new discussion about the upcoming appointment with date and time. I'm usually not in too much pain except for a headache first thing in the mornings. I'm hoping the puncture addresses the dizzyness and near-constant falling sensations I've been having. Also several people have mentioned that I walk funny now... Hopefully, all that goes away.
