Tuesday Chat Without Coffee

Happy Tuesday Everyone! it's partly cloudy this morning but at least the temperatures are cooler.
I can't believe how fast the morning flew by. I got involved in doing a few things and just realized I hadn't even eaten my breakfast. So, it's probably more like brunch now but I figured I'd pop on and say hi while I ate. Feels weird to be out of my routine and here when I have my coffee.
Looks like today is going to be one of those days. I have some things on my "to do" list that I want to get done. I'm so tempted to ignore my list and chat here, read and crochet the day away 
But these few things won't do themselves!!
Since it's Tuesday that means it's girls night and my older daughter will be here for our weekly get together.
Before I get to the things that need to be done I'm going to see what's happening here.

It's a blessing that it's cooled down a bit. We need the reprieve before it gets hot again.

I hope everything went well this morning and everything is done now.
I've taken my morning nap but didn't get my afternoon nap since the nurse called and talked to me. I told Pretty what the nurse said and then came to myLot.
