Today turned out to be a beautiful summer day, my best friend Brian decided to pass by with some ipa beers and offered to grill and hang. I will never turn that down especially when the weather is perfect for it lol. I had some chicken drums I marinated yesterday and brought over some burgers and hot dogs for the kiddos.

So far so good I guess. Just trying to get ready for son and friend tomorrow. The weather is hot and muggy though. Lucky I was able to dodge a rainstorm. Tomorrow it will be better.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX It was decent, more humid then they said it was going to be though. It was OK for outdoor activities and we had a cookout.

Sounds like a perfect, impromptu gathering. Back in the day our friend Felix called and asked if we wanted to come over and visit him and Kacha for a barbecue. I knew he didn't have a grill, so I asked him when he got one. Turns out he and I had to go get one and put it together. lol. Of course, we stopped off at Andee's, which was the local liquor store and beered up. By the time the grill was put together, and we were ready to grill we were loaded and the ladies were unhappy with us.
But we had a great time even if I don't remember how the steaks turned out. lol
