Rooster Joined The Ducks

When I went out to water the plants last night he was at the fence visiting. He had been sleeping with the 2 bad boys at night. They were by the fence with him. So I put him in. He slept with them all last night. That keeps him safer too. This morning I had to teach them to move around so I could open up the coop. They will learn where to stand.
We had thunderstorms overnight. I think they were more noise than rain and didn't cool it down very much. So I will be dressing light for the auction.

Oh, I thought you were finally cooking the bad roosters...
We had lots of thunder and lightning last night but it only sprinkled here.
It's 79F here this morning. Our high today is supposed to reach 91F by noon.

@wolfgirl569 You should put the bad roosters in the pot and make dumplings... You and George could come visit Pretty and I and bring the pot of dumplings with you. 
Tell George we'll let the grass in our huge yard grow just for him if he comes to visit. 
But maybe you shouldn't come visit for a few days. We're having an extreme heat watch for a few days again. I don't want George to get sick on the way here.

A addition huh? A thunderstorm wound be wonderful. It gets so hot in the evenings here right now. I figure that will continue until about mid-September.

We had storms last night too, but they weren't anything dramatic. I am thankful for that. Not into storm drama at this time. Sounds like the rooster has some buddies!

We're expecting thunderstorms tonight but it's doubtful it will cool anything off. It's really hot and humid here.
