One flower or a great many?

I have to show you another wildflower which looks like a pretty simple daisy but, if you look closely, it is so much more. There is a base of petals although their botanical name might be sepals or something else. The centre though seems to be made up of dozens of individual tiny blossoms. I hope you can see them in the photo.
A few days ago, I wrote about the dangers of black-market peptides. In today’s headlines, someone has suffered a torn oesophagus through uncontrollable repeated vomiting caused by such peptides. I wish people could just be accepting of the body they’ve been given.

That flower is such a cool little detail, never really noticed how the centre is made of tiny blossoms like that before. Nature really do be showing off sometimes. And that peptide story is scary honestly, people need to stop messing with their bodies like that.

That is an interesting flower.
I’m not sure what peptides are used for. Buying whatever they are off the black market is probably where they went wrong.

Isn’t nature wonderful. 
The torn oesophagus sounds painful. Vomiting itself is very unpleasant, and fortunately not something I’ve done in a long time. I hope I don’t get to eat my words!

Yes, I can see the tiny blooms in the flower. And yes, sepals is the right term for the petals around the outside of the flower.
People will always try to take the easy way to do things.

It does look like many small flowers.
Things should not be taken without a doctor.
