My heart breaks for the families who are grieving and for our United Rentals teammates affected by yesterday’s unimaginable tragedy.
The shooting occurred early in the morning in the garage and bay area of the United Rentals facility located on Wellington Road. At least eight employees were present when the gunman opened fire. According to the Manassas City Police Department, the suspect was involved in a brief altercation before drawing a handgun and fatally shooting two employees and critically injuring a third person.
We may work in different branches and different parts of the country, but we are one family.
Praying for comfort, strength, and healing for everyone impacted.

That was so sad. I used to live in Manassas. Sad for the whole community there too I am sure.
