Cakepops Anyone?

Yesterday was my relaxing day but I was craving for a cakepop made of Ube, purple yam. I have baked last Friday moist Ube cake for freezing. I didn’t freeze all, instead I made cakepops. I have not tried making Ube cakepops with Ube Halaya (purple yam jam) filling and so I did. I was in the mood for creating something delicious. I decorated the cakepops yesterday. They are so plenty. I couldn’t eat them all and so I texted my friends if they like to have some. They can just come to my house later. We have children in our group of friends. I have eaten 2 of the cakepops with green tea. Hubby said they were delicious. I am glad he liked them. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful start of the week. Thanks for reading.

Thank you @rsa101. That was the first time I made the ube cakepops. I still have a lot of Ube powder from the Philippines. Have you tried eating Ube Biko?

Ube cakepops with halaya filling sounds so good, I never thought to put the jam inside. Glad your hubby liked them, and sharing with friends is the best way to not eat all of them yourself. Enjoy your week too.
