Get Down Tonight

Second to last night on the boat. Here are the entrees offered (they also offered prime rib). Yes, I wanted the lobster tail, but no I didn’t get it. My dad felt so badly about making us miss shellfish this week that he brought his epipen to dinner, and said not to worry about it. Of course, no one is willing to test the theory. I had frog legs with onion rings, Salmon Wellington, and Cherries Jubilee for dessert. The show tonight was like 70s, Studio 54, and it was great. The kids danced their little hearts out. My dad and Diana could not have cared less, but they had a blast seeing the kids have fun. What did you end up doing this evening? Or last evening?

Do frogs legs really taste like chicken ? You are certainly eating well on this cruise …the food sounds delicious…….back to imitation crab when you get home !

Yes, they really do taste like chicken, and it was very mean of you to mention imitation crab!

I’ve never been a lasagna fan. Perhaps too many Lean Cuisine lasagna dinners growing up. Lol

Fascinating menu. Your show sounds like fun. I'm home tonight. I made tasty rice with hummus for supper and earlier had a little ice cream.

Sounds like you had some interesting food even though you didn't get the lobster tail. Sounds like a fun show though I don't really know what that is; the studio 54.

Apparently, it was the hot club to be at in NYC back in the 1970s. Before my time or yours.

@AmbiePam Well I guess that would make sense as to why I didn't know what it was

Frog legs and Salmon Wellington, that sounds like a really good dinner. Sorry you missed the lobster though, maybe next trip. The kids dancing at the Studio 54 show sounds like so much fun.

This evening I tried to take photos of a doll, which I did, but then my phone started acting up and now it's plugged into the charger.

I was considering making Lasagne alla Bolognese yesterday, it's cold and I loved to much those my grandmother made, of course no mozzarella and ricotta.

So good of your Dad but I certainly wouldn't want to test the theory either. Glad the kids had such a good time. Enjoy those last few days.
