Do you trust so easily?  

No I don't trust so easily. I would have made you pay for both and told you that you could return the one that wasn't right.

I'm sad to say, No, not anymore. There was a time when I trusted easily, it was a given. but I was younger and foolish then. I have learned by my mistakes, trust cannot be given, it must be earned.

I think this shop owner is lucky to still be in business. How can they trust someone they don't know. I have to wonder, how many times they have been ripped off. I mean, how many people would make the trip to take one of them back. I don't know that I would, but then if they trusted me enough, I guess I probably would take the other one back and pay for the one I was keeping. I am shocked at this. This would never happen where I live. They would say to pay for both and return the one I didn't neeed and they would pay me back the money I paid for the one I was returning.

So what happened? Did you take both and go back and pay for the one you were keeping? Were you as honest as this shop keeper? I hope so, my friend.

I would have to say, the shop owner must have some good customers. Here they would have said, pay for both and keep your receipt, return the one you don't want and bring your receipt back with you. At least that is the way with the large retailers, maybe an independently owned store would be different, but I doubt it in this economy.

trust requires real faith...which can never emegrges for everyone....

what i think that shopkeeper have to spread his business thats why he made u realize that he trusts u so that u may become his regular costumer

Unfortunately, no. I have been burned too many times. I would have said to pay for both and you can easily return one later.

I wish it were that easy for me. I have been burnt enough times that I am not quick to trust people anymore. I use to be very gullible and would take people at their word, but some hard lessons have taught me that you have to be careful about who you put your trust in. Be Blessed!

No I don't trust people that easily because, I have been hurt too many time by people, it's bad to say and sad to say, but that is the way I am about people, I have been let down so may times, i don't let my gard down for people that easy any more, I will ask a lot of questions befor I turst any one again, I know I will hear a lot of talk about the way I feel but that is just me.

that was very nice of him but he might run up on somebody who would take advantage of him. u must have an honest face. lol no, unless i know someone i don't trust that easy.

Hi ronald, You must have an honest face, some people seem to be able to tell these things. I'm afraid that I don't always trust people that I do not know, as there is many who will take advantage, but sometimes I just get a good feeling about someone. Blessings.
