You peel your zukes?

I used to make zuccini bread all the time, even used it in my Christmas fruit cake, but as you may recall, I haven't had any luck with growing the darn things here.

I love zucchini bread! I usually put some grated carrot and some chopped walnuts into it, though. I also save all the cereal from the bottoms of the bags, the pulverized stuff, and pour that in, too. Nothing goes to waste here!

Had it. Loved it. And I want more.

If you have small firm zukini, they make wonderful zoo sticked when breaded in spiced flour and deep fried. Mmmmmmmmm

I have never heard of zucchini bread before much less make it but I do remember someone gave me a zucchini one time and for the life of me I can not remember how I cooked it but I do know it wasn't a big hit. This is amazing what you do. Keep up the good work.

I love zuchinni bread, it reminds me a lot of banana bread. Try adding nuts and chocolate chips, it makes a really nice snack cake, or dessert bread. I have a recipe called, Dilly Zuchinni casserole....if you are interested, PM me and I'll sent it.

The first time I ever had zuchinni bread has been many years ago. A girl who lived across the street was from Germany and she made some and shared with a lot of us. I thought it was going to be horrible but I loved it. I have only had it a couple of times and have never made any myself.

wow, just seeing them I feel hungry..they look perfectly delicious I have eaten zuchini as veggies, including its flowers..but not yet a zuchini bread. But, I am sure they are nutritious..

I have made zucchini bread, but it's been decades since I did. Mom used to make zucchini fritters, but I don't care much for them. I like corn fritters, though. And, I like fried zucchini. Zucchini bread is OK, but I like it better with cinnamon and raisins in it. A friend has been making peach bread since she was given a bushel or more of peaches. I've got to get that recipe because it just sounds really good.

Oh you and your pictures are really making me hungry. Is that your plan? If it is, it is really woking. Yummy. I love zuchinni bread. Your looks really yummy. I wish I could reach through the computer screen and have a few bites. Oh it makes me miss my stepmothers cooking. She is a really good baker. I have eaten zuchinni bread many many mnay times. I have made it sveral times myself. To bad my husband does not like anything like that. I have not made it in a long time but in a month or two things will change.
