hi diana the print on this is a lot finer but heck I can live with that and yes I am once again speedy gonzales, right on. I have been so stressed my blood sugar stayed high as I pounded my fist and yelled load damn load please load and it just sat there. I even went into troublshooter for foxfire and the gobbledy g@@k was so complicated Ijust gaveup; glad my son kept internet explorer on here. wow.

Oh you can make the text bigger!

My browser has all the instructions in Italian and not in English but it's above this page at the left - third column -'view' (possibly something similar). Then in the drop down menu you can make the text bigger.

You can make the print bigger just by holding Ctrl and scrolling up with the mouse. (Make it smaller by holding Ctrl and scroll down) - at least you can on Firefox, but I don't know about IE.

I just tried posting using Google Chrome and it was a lot faster than when I was using Firefox. I haven't tried Internet Explorer, though. I'll try it later and see if it's faster or slower than Google Chrome. But I won't be using Firefox anymore, at least for posting on mylot.

I've just been experimenting with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. And the verdict is.... Internet Explorer is the best for posting on mylot.

Why are you promoting INTERNET EXPLORER . Are you playing another role of brand ambassador? It is right that internet explorer is safe to use in many cases. But how can it be more fast than even an proxy server? Proxy server are just based on the grantee of fast browsing. May be some security reason it is weaker than internet explorer. I am not against the using of internet explorer..... but in fast browsing it can complete with all is not at all considerable.

Many factor may caused trouble in surfing internet. Not browser is the only cause of some haphazard situation. It depend on the configuration of the machine.... internet speed that we avail.....how busy is the site at the time we browsing...how long we are continuing in brousing that site......the RAM of the machine.

Considering all the measures we have to come to the concussion. Otherwise you are finding the wrong elsewhere and the wrong is some where else.

I think this is very big word come out from my small leap. I have to massage it with some Vaseline.

I used to love Firefox but it got REALLY slow a month or two ago, so I got Chrome. I love it! Only thing is, it can't do toolbars and so I have to open FF once a day to click my ads on TheBar!

Hello Grandmaof2. I've experienced the same thing lots of times. I type long responses and then the posts don't go through and I lose them. I'm glad I saw this discussion because I didn't have a clue why I couldn't post properly. Now I know why.

I found out just in time when my son was going to fix firefox that it was mylot all along, because I tried fire fox again and no problem so mylot admins did do somethiing to speed things along. now firefox is just fine.

yes it was firefox as internet explorer is letting me load my responses, a bit slow at times but at least it is working. i like firefox until this weekend never had a
problem loading. I am sure my computer expert son can fix the problem but i sure did not know how to do it so went back to IE

Ask your son to come over to help! I don't know that much about it myself so we usually have my husband's cousin help us when we need help with the computer! Of course he comes from another county so we pay him for the travel!

yes i even went intot the troubleshooter for firefox but after reading all the
various things i was so confused I just gave up and thought aha try IE and sure enought it wo rks. slow but it works.

Troubleshooting is more trouble then it's worth... Maybe that's why they call it troubleshooting...

hi rosekiss I was just plain stuck and could not get firefox to let me
'load so had to go back to Internet explorer.up to this weekend have
had no trouble with firefox and loved having all the tabs open. my son
can undoubtedly fix it when he comes to see me Wednesday.

fwidman I only went back to Internet Explorer as a last resort as I could not'
fix whatever problem firefox is having,it seems it is firefox's problem not
'mylot as all the rest of you seem to not be having this hangup on loading
responses and comments. it just stopped and would not load at all. I am
sure my son can fix whatever it is that caused firefox to do that.

hi geminikid I sent several messages to Mylot admins so if there is some
trouble on their part they would check backit seems to me it is my firefox\
browser that is at fault now so am back to the old internet explorer for
the time being anyway. my son i am sure can fix the firefox problem.
