My 16 year old son lifted weights and his elbow has been so sore he is using Tylenol for it. He usually hangs tough, so I know if he is taking Tylenol for something he must be really hurting. Any suggestions for him?

I have not tried any. I just play basketball and don't eat as much or just lift weights at whatever I feel like doing. I don't starve my self but I just cut back on some food.
