Anna @snowy22315 - This is what we do, IF they are in good conditions we donate, if they are in a disgusting states we throw. We have special containers to throw spoiled food.

Anna @porwest - If it was not in my garden it would have been in the garden of the other neighbor. This is why we were asked not to blow, but to vacuum, or use a broom and put in bags for waste collection.
