Jim Bauer @LadyDuck Pork steaks have a lot of fat, so even if you grill them or bake them, they stay pretty moist and delicious. But yes. Most other cuts of pork can easily dry out. I try to cook most other cuts to about 145 and they usually turn out pretty good...but...
