i always have had sleeping problem. even if i try to sleep early, sleep always come late for me. to help with this, i drink lavender tea. it is very effective for me, but due to changing weather(its wet season here in our country)...

annavi23 @cabuyogty Always pray. Things always happen for a reason. Hope you get some sleep there. Relax and recharge as they say. There are times I don't want electric fan, just let sweat come out specially when feeling cold or kind of having a fever.
