I only use my computer screen when teaching online for at least 8 hours. Although it can top the classes online for another 4 hours, It means I can reduce my screen time at random. How I wish I could have digital detoxification....

Jaymie Suh I usually have screen time for 12 hours a day. I have to work for 8-10 hours and watch something now and then. If I want to decrease my screentime, I go out and keep my phone inside my pocket.
