Free Pancakes Tomorrow for National Pancake Day

United States
March 7, 2016 9:44am CST
I am giving you advanced warning - IHOP is giving away free pancakes Tuesday, March 8th. Visit a participating IHOP location between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and you will be rewarded with a free short-stack. The short-stack consists of three original buttermilk pancakes. You will have to pay for your drink and tip of course. Also, IHOP will be asking you for a donation to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals...so the money you save on the pancakes you can donate to that cause and it's a win-win situation. You can't get free pancakes to go - this is a dine-in promotion only. Photo: pixabay.com/en/pancakes-breakfast-food-morning-224422/

Pancake making
Do you have to torment me with the promise of free pancakes at a location out of my reach? I guess I will just have to make my own.

@AbbyGreenhill The frying pan is quite useful once the batter has begun to cook, but it is difficult to pour the mixture in while it is jumping up and down.

I love pancakes, maybe that is where my husband and I should go tomorrow. We don't have one in our town but there is one in a town not too far from us. He is off work tomorrow and we were just telling each other that we should do something different , like take a drive to a neighboring town.

I don't know if there's an IHOP in my vicinity but it's nice to know that tomorrow is National Pancake Day. Sound like a worthy cause to donate what you save on the free pancakes

@AbbyGreenhill I like milk after I've had sweet syrup. Kind of cuts the sweet gloppy taste.

I live in England and our pancake day was about 3 weeks ago. It's strange how each country set differant dates for the same celebrations.
