A Helpful Hint and You’re Welcome

We had leftover pizza today for lunch. My husband eats it cold ~ right out of the refrigerator. I need mine hot from the oven or toaster oven. I learned a helpful hint a few years ago. Just heat it up in a frying pan. No oil needed. Cover the pan with a lid, and voila! You wind up with a pizza that tastes fresh, hot, and has the same original tasting crispy crust.

Eating leftover pizza now. I use the microwave for about 30 seconds and it is perfect. I have seen this method as well.

Coincidence! The microwave makes mine too soggy. It doesn’t take long either.

Tonight or last night? Sounds great no matter when. Neither of us wanted to cook last night due to the rotten day of news. Tonight was meatless Monday.

That sounds good. I usually nuke mine if I want to reheat it..although the crust isn't crispy..

I love pizza too, I don't mind if it's hot or not but straight from the refrigerator is too cold, it loses most of its flavour.

Cold pizza straight out of Fridge in winters - that sounds uncomfortable plus not so tasty. Yet personal preferences can vary.. We heat leftover Pizzas on Tawa or Oven.
