A new favorite of mine.

I've actually enjoyed these salads for years, but I've only recently started buying them again at my local Deli. I think the cheese is Mozzarella, and the tomatoes are either cherry or small Roma. The dressing is to die for, and I've recently taken to asking for extra dressing. I believe it to be an olive oil-based Dijon vinaigrette. When the goodies are gone, I grab my sourdough bread and use the remaining dressing as a dip. Yummy! Do you have a favorite "healthy" snack food?

You all eat so little. I feel ashamed to list out what I like. For now, mango pickle and rice. What do you think of this song.

@thelme55 Heh. I have been influenced a few times by what I've read people were eating or drinking here. I am done with work for today and have an errand to run. I will grab some on the way back.

That looks good, and yes you can't beat that simple but so tasty combination. My go-to healthy snack food is generally a banana, or a handful of nuts and dried fruit.

You all are white because you all eat a lot of cheese perhaps. I thought they were mushrooms but looked too white, then I thought they were boiled eggs badly peeled because Pony doesn't know how to. Turns out it is cheese...sigh.

Maybe you could market cheeses in India as a "lightening" recipe. "Be pale, like The Horse! (handsome picture from 40 years ago.) No messy creams!"

That sounds so good! I used to make my favorite salad with baby raw spinach, tomatoes, chicken, home made croutons and dressing, avocado and a little cheese. Had to slack off though, hard on my stomach.

Funy--I went to the store, as planned, on my way home from an errand. I bought some of the salad I posted about, and a spinach salad as well.

Healthy? Hmmmm. I only get what my husband brings me or makes for me; so I'm limited. I don't snack; but the most healthy thing I eat is probably yogurt.

I eat pickle and rice. Technically the most unhealthy food. I am still alive, and have never been hospitalized. I have those farting sessions, and sometimes burning sensation. Every time I have them, I tell me, I am going to stop eating pickle and rice. The resolve is broken within a day.

I love the classic Italian "Caprese" tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil. This is not a snack, it is something I eat for lunch. For a snack, an apple.

That sounds sooo good! Well, except for that extra dressing All my favorite snacks are not healthy. That 's why there snacks! The closest would be a slice of cheese pizza

If those white things are the cheese, those are some huge chunks of cheese, unless the picture presents an optical elusion. And is eating that much cheese, high in sodium and high in fat content really healthy? NOT complaining. I LOVE cheese, and this looks very good. I am just questioning the true "healthy" value of it.
