Have been hibernating for the most part. You all know how I hate winter and s**w.
My husband's TV finally bit the dust; and he wanted me to go with him to pick out a new one. Sooooo....I had to go out into the cold. It wasn't too bad. It was 28 and not too windy.
We purchased a new Sony TV and then went out to dinner at the Olive Garden. I had a gift card that I earned from taking surveys and participating in focus groups; so most of the dinner was free. I had the Tour of Italy; and it was really good. It consisted of Chicken Parmigiana, Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna. We, of course, had their delicious bread sticks and salad.
I hope you are all staying safe, warm and healthy.
35 days until spring!!! However, we are expecting an appreciable s**w Monday into Tuesday as one of the many storms passes over us.

sorry, i missed this update! we went to the Buca De Bepo Italian restaurant for Valentines day. Well, we ordered form there not actually in the restaurant!

we don't really celebrate Valentine's day, I love him every day, and paying more than $5 for a card is ridiculous. lol I'm too cheap!! I did buy a Snickers bar when I was out and it was wonderful!!

Only plans for the weekend is to stock up on that dramatically-reduced chocolate candy. 
We’re expecting a lot of sn*w too. In fact, no local weatherman will commit to guessing how much, which scares me. (Or maybe they’re just still hurting from missing the ice storm forecast so badly.....)

I'm hibernating the next couple of days with that storm coming. Most stores were sold out of the delicious candy. I had my husband look for truffles; but they were out.

It is forecast to rain all weekend here in north Florida, so I haven't really made any plans. And being that my gf hates Valentines Day and how commercial it's become, she doesn't want me showering her with flowers and chocolates and whatnot. However, I do plan to cook her a nice homemade meal for VD. She will appreciate that, knowing how much I hate to cook!

The Olive Garden is a very successful eatery. How were the garlic sticks? 
Did your other TV die on you? I need to get one myself. I had a TV from the 1980's which finally gave out. Going to wait for some warmer weather before I shop for one. Like you I do not like winter weather!

Well that is great that you got to go out and enjoy Olive Garden...haven't been there in over a year. I'd get the Fettuccine!
My husband and I celebrated Friday so we could go out alone lol. I'll share about that soon.
