Yes he does but not as razor sharp as his puppy teeth were.

He is getting much better and now that his teeth are no longer razor sharp it is easier for me to handle when he does try to bite.

It sure was. I wonder what it takes to train a dog to do all of that. He sure was adorable.

You're right about that but this boy is only 6 months old so maybe in time he'll do the same. He does love to play and will bring me an object to throw for him so I'm thinking eventually he'll know what they are, I always thank him for the binky or squeaky or plastic bottle or whatnot so maybe when he's older he'll get it.

@rebelann I had a border collie-aussie shepherd mix a while back. She was smart. She could bring you toys and other things. Even different colored balls. You'd say go get the rope or the bunny or the blue ball and she'd bring it right to you. Some breeds just aren't capable of being trained as well as other breeds.

He was growling at his toy, a plastic gallon vinegar jug, which is his way of playing. He was having a blast.

I'll bet this woman could probably do that. She sure has her pup well trained for this competition.

I know they're smarter than we think and sometimes a lot smarter in many ways than we are.

@rebelann Dogs are so smart. Sometimes I think they're smarter than we give them credit for.

Oh how funny. Roscoe loves people, every time I take him to petsmart he gets so excited to see people and other dogs. He's social without any effort on my part.

While Roscoe is still south of 1 year I'm not pushing too much training on him but he better be ready come January, that's when I hope to enroll in an obedience class with him.

@rebelann Glad to hear it. My dog sat on the bleachers with all the people watching the other dogs socialize. Some man laughed, and my dog scooted his tush along the bleachers and licked the man’s face.

I'll bet their trainers worked just as hard. I would imagine it takes many hours to get a pup trained properly, so far I iz too dang lazy to spent that many hours but I might have to bite the bullet and do it anyway, Roscoe needs to be trained.

@rebelann they showed a woman in Denmark that has won nearly every dog dancing championship with her partner - it was amazing

I am glad you liked that video as well. No, Roscoe is only 6 months old and I am trying to train him. He knows a few things but will only do them if he gets a treat.

Yes, he is sometimes but he doesn't like it when I point a camera at him. I loved it too. I think it best to wait for Roscoe to reach a year old before I get serious about training, right now he's very easily distracted by the neighbor and his GSds.

Yep, he really was. I hope I can get Roscoe to be at least a quarter as well trained as that pup was.

It seems Roscoe only likes to bark at me whenever he's upset or something, I still haven't figured out all the reasons he barks at me. He doesn't do this everyday but I have noticed he also barks at me when I make him angry by not allowing him to do what he wants, just like a teenager I suppose.
