Last night (8/23) hubs was feeling lethargic and was incoherent. Hubby and his Godson/cousin and our housekeeper (hubby's cousin) and I had just gotten back from Red Lobster. We called 911 and hubs was taken to the hospital. What we know so far is that he has too much carbon dioxide in his body and fluid around the heart and in the lungs. He is on a bypass machine to try and take care of the carbon dioxide in the body (which causes the lethargy and being incoherent). I will know more tomorrow. Any prayers and positive, healing thoughts would be appreciated.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Red Lobster - Cheddar Bay Biscuits, stuffed mushrooms, bay scallops, clam strips, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - None
We were at the hospital until almost 2 am and didn't eat anything else after lunch.

@LindaOHio That's good. I know it is very worrying and you probably don't have the appetite too. But it's one of those things that we must do to function well.

Oh no! I hope he will be okay. My dad had fluid build-up in his lungs when he ended up in the hospital this last time around. Does your husband have heart issues? Heart failure can cause fluid build-up in the lungs. That's what I learned from my dad. He was diagnosed with heart failure some years ago. And he's had this issue a number of times. And that gave him difficulty breathing.

@lovebuglena They haven't said anything further about it; so they must not have found any.

He had a heart attack and bypass around 2004. They haven't said anything further about any fluid build-up; so maybe the tests didn't find any. That would be good news.
