We finally had our Christmas dinner last night. Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes and a bubbly Pink Moscato. We should have turned the tree on but forgot. I hope you all had a wonderful and memorable Christmas.
The temperature will be above freezing tomorrow; and the white stuff will start to melt. There is a big layer of ice under the s**w; so I hope that melts as well!
85 days until spring
5 days until the New Year! Hard to believe.
Breakfast - Chocolate chip muffin bar
Lunch - Lentil soup
Dessert/Snack - Banana walnut muffin
Dinner - Cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, Barefoot Pink Moscato

We had more of that stuff falling out of the sky off and on all day yesterday and during the night. But we're supposed to reach 41F today. I hope ours is all gone by tonight. But, even if it isn't, we're supposed to have two days at 65F with rain, so I'm sure it will all be gone before Saturday.
I had chicken and cabbage for breakfast yesterday, breaded chicken and veggies for lunch and a slice of meat pizza for supper.

Lobster sounds good. I've always wanted to try tiramisu. We will be above freezing tomorrow and this white stuff will begin to melt!!!

@LadyDuck By Tuesday it will be 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15.56 Celsius). It will feel like spring!!

We finally hit above freezing today but overall didn't get hit with as much snow and ice as many others got. It was just so bitterly cold but we were able to celebrate Christmas without any problems.
Your dinner sounds really good.
We had leftovers (ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls with butter)

I'm glad that you finally got to enjoy your cabbage rolls.
You probably made enough that you will have plenty more meals of them in the future.
I had a nice dish of leftover chili for supper last night, there is enough for 1 more night of it.
We are trying to clean up the fridge and eat what is in there so that if I need to get groceries this weekend it is easy to make a list by opening the fridge.

We have a big roaster full of cabbage rolls. I always try to get some into the freezer; but hubby usually eats them all before I can do that. Chili sounds good. Haven't made any of that in a long time.

Glad to hear you finally got your cabbage rolls. I can't complain about a dinner like that at all. Yummy stuff. I love cabbage rolls.
As for me, I had some of that New York strip steak left, so I chopped it up and added some onion and some broccoli and then tossed in the shrimp fried rice I had left, a little garlic and soy sauce, and voila, that was dinner.
