Nothing really to report. I've finished working on the taxes until I receive the other paperwork I need. What's new with you? 62 days until spring. Breakfast - Fruit and grain cereal bar Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Vegetable lasagna, two servings of mixed veggies, grape juice, roll, fruit cocktail Dessert/Snack - Banana walnut muffin and decaf coffee Dinner - Strawberry yogurt What did you eat yesterday? Same old, same old. Just plugging away as per the usual. It has been a couple of busy weekends so I am looking forward to maybe taking this next one coming up a bit easy. I am sure the wife will find something for me to do, though. She has a knack for creating projects. lol For dinner we kept it simple and just cooked up some On-Cor chicken parmigiana and wifey made a version of a Serb salad on the side. Haven't had that one in a while. It's basically just peppers, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes mixed up with some garlic salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. She used apple cider vinegar this time. And what? No countdown?

I make several variations of lasagna. One son prefers the basic meat/cheese lasagna, daughters love chicken lasagna and vegetable lasagna, the other son doesn't care what's in it as long as it has plenty of noodles.
