Someone's shouting out there

So I look out the front and there's at least a dozen swat guys out there ordering people out of #11 across the street, both ends of the street are blocked off, there's a big black humvee that looks more like a tank, weapons are still being pointed at the house... I don't know what they're waiting for. Now a dog handler has shown up.
Edit: 8:00 update
About 6:30 someone got on the loud hailer and said "Come out with your hands up, we know you're in there" to no avail.
It's dark out there and they're still waiting... since about 2:30

By chance, you don't live in #11, right? 
Just do what the nice men tell you and I don't think they'll hurt you.

Whoever is inside #11 must be a real bad guy. Maybe someone is negotiating with them. They want it to go peacefully but are ready just in case.

I went to the bathroom at 9pm and that's when all hell broke loose... dogs barking, men shouting, swearing... everything was over by 9:30, but it was too dark to see anything.

They're moved the humvee up a bit and the guy behind a shield is still standing up out of the sunroof aiming his weapon but nobody's saying anything.

Oh, yikes! Hope everything is resolved quickly and safely for everyone involved. I thought it was nerve wracking when we had that high-speed chase through our neighborhood a few years ago, but that's nothing compared to a SWAT operation like that.
