Well, I have been able to use my computer for 4 days now. I have caught up from March 12-22. I will get through all the Discussions eventually. I am averaging 2 days per day plus all the Notifications (50-60 per day). It's been so good to catch up with everything you have done and experienced.
Dell was able to direct me to my account where I was able to re-download my copy of the Microsoft Office Suite. One problem solved.
Carbonite (this is the company that automatically backs up my files every day) finally found my files. Took 2 days to download twice and sit on the phone for over an hour while the rep searched for my files. Unfortunately I am missing some spreadsheets which I will have to re-enter. Some games that I paid for are gone as well.
Downloaded Windows 11. I was not able to access Windows 10 on my computer so I figured I might as well get W11 while it was still free. No problems with it so far.
Does anyone know what happened to Kharla Jolly? Haven't seen her here in some time.

You don’t mess with lightning in Florida because it’s so flat there. When I lived there Florida led the country in lightning strike deaths.

@LindaOHio — that happened in boot camp. A bolt struck not too far from us and our guid-on bearer was inside the nearest building, crying, before the guid-on hit the ground. I don’t think she got in trouble, and she shouldn’t have. She was literally holding a lightning rod in her hands!

My husband went outside and was standing out under an awning when the lightning struck nearby. His feet couldn't move fast enough to come inside!!!

I hate missing a day or two when my eyes swell shut. There are so many notifications and discussions I need to catch up with.... I'm glad you're slowly catching back up.

Yup. I am doing 2 days of Discussions every day and all the Notifications (today there were 99!). It's slow going but I'm getting there.

@LindaOHio Like many humans, I like to be "in control." I prefer driving to riding "shotgun." But when I'm in a commercial airliner, I know that I have totally given up control. I just think statistically ("safer than driving") and try to relax.

I'm patient in certain instances. If it's something I want, like catching up with my friends, I will do what it takes!!! Judy saw Kharla too, so that's good. Thanks.

I'm happy that you've been able to get your files back but it stinks that you lost your games. I switched to Windows 11 awhile back and haven' had any trouble.

I haven’t heard from Kharla for a while, but I saw Judy’s comment where she said Kharla was active today.
And I’m not going to lie, Key West’s airport doesn’t do much to give visitors a good first impression of the island.

Computers suck. I was trying to update this browser I use for shows, movies, and mylot and it kept saying there was a error while updating. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. I forgot to back up my favorites list which has some movies and shows I watch on this browser. So I lost everything. I remembered some of the shows I watch on here.

It's good you were able to catch up. That was quite quick. I hope you will soon recover the games you paid for. Sadly, I don't know Kharla Jolly. You're doing well and congratulations on achieving so much in a such short time.
