I'm sure you've all heard by now that Tony Bennett has passed away at the age of 96. He had an incredible life and career.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Fish sandwich, potato wedges, spinach and grapes
Dessert/Snack - Lemon muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Piece of pizza (that was the last of it)

Monday through Friday. If you want Saturday and Sunday coverage, they will bring you frozen meals on Friday.

Beautiful picture.
Yes, it's sad. He had Alzheimer's which makes it sadder.
Good food.
Mine was totally different. Breakfast was strawberry shortcake and a banana. Lunch was lemon meringue pie, chocolate milk, and chocolate ice cream. Supper was a Swiss cheese sandwich on Ezekiel bread. I finished off my birthday pie and the ice cream. I kept the calories lower than they had been.

@LindaOHio Knowing how many calories were in the pie and shortcake helped keep them down. The shortcake, pie, and ice cream are gone now. Though with the temps heating up, I just might go to the store for ice cream.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast, spiced French fries and burger for lunch and spaghetti with meat sauce for supper.

Yeah I saw that. Had no idea he was 96. He was a legend. Sad loss in the music industry.

I had heard about that, though I didn't know he was 96. That's a good age to live to. My great-grandma was 97.
A fish sandwich and potato wedges sound good! I had chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes yesterday

Heard about Tony, Frank Sinatra's favorite singer. Bennett was the oldest person to release an album of new material, at the age of 95 years and 60 days. A truly remarkable entertainer and proud Italian American.
