I love cheese and I eat cheese every day, I eat practically all types of cheese but I really have to stop or reduce the amount I eat.
Now most foods come with a nutritional indication, here it is called nutri-score, A represents a healthy food while E (already in red) is the least healthy of all. I really like Cammenbert but this one is rated D, I think it's due to the fat content
I've never had cholesterol, high blood pressure, or any other problem but I still think it's better to start opting for other cheeses, I also love Cheddar but I think it's also classified as D.
What cheese is your favorite? Which do you think is the healthiest?

Milbona is from Lidl I think, they sell good cheese. The healthiest cheese is ricotta because it contains less salt and only 10% fat, of which 6% is saturated. Even better if it is sheep or goat ricotta. Another is cottage cheese, but I like ricotta a lot more.

I do not think we have such classifications here. I think I have seen this Cheese being sold in the imported sections here.
If you can go for healthier cheese, I think it is worth doing so.
We normally have Cottage Cheese or Mozarella.

I always like Colby cheese. It is fairly high in fat, but it's supposed to be healthy fats... I do eat cottage cheese once in a while.

@nela13 It's a mild cheese that goes well with sausages, in my opinion. I hope you can find it and try it.

My favorite cheese is either Colby or Pepperjack. I tend to like the harder cheeses more than the softer cheeses.

My mother got me eating cheese sticks. I stopped eating them and she also stopped getting them. I like pepperjack. I don't know if it's healthy. I can't stop buying Oreo ice cream sandwiches.

I'm a cheese-aholic too. I put it on most anything extra cheese on pizza, and especially on sandwiches. My favorites are American and Cheddar.
I recently played a quiz game where Cammenbert was the answer to a question regarding popular cheeses in Spain.

@nela13 I've never tried Cammenbert cheese. What type of taste does it have?

I love cheese too but don't eat it every day. My favorites are extra sharp cheddar, swiss and blue cheese crumbles that I love on a salad or burger.
